Recording Forms

The Recording Form is designed around the British Dragonfly Society's recording card and should be relatively straightforward for everyone to fill in. Please take a little time to study the form and read the notes below. A new form should be used for every visit to a site - if you record dragonflies at two sites on the same day, please fill in two forms. It is also important to include a grid reference, particularly if a new site (one not yet on the database) is visited. If you have any queries relating to recording forms, sites or recording in general please contact Ian Merrill.

We would prefer it if everyone can print, and cut the forms down the central line, themselves, thus saving more work for our inputters. However, if you unable to print out the form, send a stamped addressed envelope to Ian Merrill at the address below, and he will supply you with as many as the postage allows.

Where do I send my Recording Forms?

Please ensure that the forms are filled out as clearly as possible, and cut into singles, then post them to:
