Small Red-eyed Damselfly:The first county records for Lincs, Wilts, & Glos in the past month, plus new sites in Cambs.
Red-veined Darter:Notable influx this season, inc. 4 at a private site in N Cambs.
Lesser Emperor:Again, yet more records, inc. 1 at the same private site in N Cambs.
Yellow-winged Darter:A series of records from Lancs presumably relating to local breeding from previous years. Also, records from Norfolk.
Southern Migrant Hawker, aka Mediterranean Hawker:Second UK record, and the first for over 50 years, in W Sussex on July 13th. (Photo on BDS website). Interesting to note that there have been numerous records of this species from the near continent this season...
