Latest Leics & Rutland Dragonfly Sightings

Not ideal weather for Odonata, but still plenty of insects around in the more sheltered areas of the reserve. Species seen today were;

Four-Spotted Chaser - 15+

Variable Damselfly - 9

Large Red Damselfly - 100+

Red-Eyed Damselfly - 150+

Azure Damselfly - 150+

Blue-Tailed Damselfly - 60+

Banded Demoiselle - 8+
